Trainees: TMP user instructional videos - Progression

23 STEPS

1. This tutorial demonstrates the latest version of the TMP system and is provided for familiarisation purposes only. All datasets used are illustrative and do not represent actual, current or historical Trainee data.

2. A Progression decision review determines if and how the Trainee can progress to the next phase of training. This tutorial explains how to see a progress review outcome

3. First step is to log in and click My Training

4. Click on the Training Program hyperlink

5. Navigate to Trainee Progress tab

6. Here you can see All Trainee Progress Reviews

7. Click the Trainee Progress link to open Trainee Progress Review

8. The Trainee Progress Review will open

9. Scroll down to see any Progress Reports that have been submitted with the Progression Recommendation. In this example the Trainee had submitted one Rotation Progress Report

10. Repeat these steps to view Progress Reviews after more assessments have been completed. Click My Training

11. Click Training Program hyperlink

12. Click Trainee Progress

13. Click Trainee Progress hyperlink

14. Scroll to review Progress reports completed. In this example the Trainee has completed two Rotation Progress Reports and one Phase Progress Report

15. Scroll up and click Exit

16. Lastly to check a Progress Review outcome click My Training

17. Click Training Program Hyperlink.
Here you can see the Trainee has moved to Consolidation Phase

18. Click Trainee Progress

19. Click Trainee Progress hyperlink

20. Scroll down to the very bottom to see the Progress Decision. In this example the Trainee is progressing satisfactorily and has moved into the next phase

21. Scroll up and click Exit

22. You can see the Trainee Progress - 1 Foundation is Completed

23. That's it. You're done.

7. Click the Trainee Progress link to open Trainee Progress Review

8. See Trainee Progress Review

9. Scroll down to the very bottom to see the Progress Decision. In this example the Trainee is progressing satisfactorily and has moved into the next phase

10. That's it. You're done.

16 STEPS

2. Click My Training

3. Now navigate to Training Programs dashboard, the program and click the Actions arrow

4. Click View details

5. A new page opens. Click Trainee Progress.

6. Three open conditions have been added.

7. Scroll down to My Open Training Condition to review more information

8. Click on the Actions arrow to see the conditions in detail.

9. Click Edit

10. Add a reflection on how the condition has been met

11. To add an update or close the Training Condition, select Edit

12. Enter a response the date and response in Trainee Reflection.

13. Upload any supporting documents or evidence.

14. Click Save and Exit.

15. To leave this section, click Exit at the top of page.

16. That's it. You're done.
