After a trainee submits a Rotation Plan, DPEs, TPCs and nominated supervisors can view their records in 'My Trainees'

Step 10 image

11. DPE dashboards (in future) will provide an overview of the following (4) things:

1) A l
ist of Applicants/Trainees without a submitted rotation plan. This list will include trainees who have rotation plans in either "Draft" state or not created at all.

Step 11 image

12. 2) A list of trainees who have nominated the respective DPE as their DPE via rotation plan (RP).

3) A list of other trainees with RPs in the specific setting where the respective DPE is a setting contact and who have not nominated their DPE via RP.

Step 12 image

13. 4) For clinical experience details, DPE will be able to see via the Trainee dashboard, Clinical Experiences tab for individual trainees.

Here, we can view a Custom Goal that a trainee has added to their Rotation Plan.

Any specific areas you want to view in more depth, click the Actions menu downarrow.

Step 32 image

33. The TMP also keeps a record of actions assigned to you, under the My Assigned Actions tab.

You will also receive an email notifying you when your action is required. Links contained in those emails will bring you to the right place in the TMP.
