Please first ensure that you have set up multi-factor authentication on your account.
If you also have a guest account on RACP Online Learning, please make sure your Member and guest account do not have the same email address.
If they do,
- please update your guest account email to another email, or
- ask us to delete your guest account by sending your request to email@example.com.
You can update your email address by following these steps:
- Go to elearning.racp.edu.au
- Log in as a guest
Once logged into your guest account, navigate to your profile from the top right corner menu
- Select ‘edit profile’
- Update your email address and select ‘update profile’ at the bottom of the page to save your details
PLEASE NOTE: Your data and any progress saved on your guest account cannot be transferred to your Member account.
