    About

Sexually transmitted infections, especially Chlamydia, are very common in Australia, particularly among young people. Three case studies will introduce the learner to different aspects of discussion and diagnosis, including sexual health history taking, testing for sexually transmissible infections and patient identification. The last part of the module will cover common dermatological infestations and dermatoses occurring on the genital skin. The conditions and their identification are discussed and management strategies outlined.
